Avoid at all Costs. This company was paid to make a wedding dress for my sister and after many fitting appointments and false promises. 3 weeks before her wedding she went for her final fitting and they tried giving her a dirty sample dress from the store telling her that was the dress she had ordered months ago. Gave them the benefit of a doubt thinking they would find the dress if she came back days later and they tried giving her a completely different dress. The ladies in the store were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Brides please avoid to save yourself massive disappointment. No one wants to be without a dress 3 weeks before your big day.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you want to be left without a wedding dress 3 weeks before your wedding. This place is so shocking, the lady fawzia was so rude it was absolutely disgusting. They tried to lie and gaslight the bride by giving her a completely different dress and then arguing it was the same. Even though there were pictures to prove otherwise! They switched off the lights in the shop when the bride found her original dress which they then tried to hide! This store is crazy!! Avoid at all costs.

THEY SCAMMED ME!!! I bought my dress in May last year. Attended the shop a number of times to be measured; I was informed my dress was going to be bespoke and made to my specific measurements. 4 weeks from my wedding, I made an appointment to collect my dress. I turned up to the shop and Fowzia and her team tried to give me a used dirty dress. I told them that this dress was not new and was not the style I had initially bought. They tried to make me look silly and say that it was the dress style I had chosen. Luckily I had pictures of my dress style from when I first visited the shop. But none the less, the dress was still a used, dirty dress that they were trying to give me. I left the shop and asked them to have my dress ready on my return which was two days time. When I went back to collect my dress, they tried to give me a completely different dress from what I had chosen again. I am now left with no dress three weeks away from my wedding!!! So save yourself the headache and DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS! I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them as I can see they have done this to people a number of times.
