Raven Studios

I have tracked drums at Raven Studios a few times, and every time has been a real pleasure. Dave is a real audiophile who is passionate about producing great sounding, well balanced and produced audio. Dave is constantly searching for new and better ways of helping you achieve the sound you want, in the way that you want. If youre a musician and/or a singer-songwriter who wants a professional studio that has great gear a very cool vibe and that comes with someone like Dave who is easy going and knows his stuff, then Raven Studios is for you.

I have recorded with Dave on several occasions, once at Raven Studios and Dave has also recorded my band at one of our live shows with his portable studio set up. Both experiences were great, and Dave is an absolute pleasure to work with! The studio is a great size, in a unique location, with a large live room, as well as enough space to relax with your band mates in the built in bar. Each time I've visited, Dave has made significant upgrades to the studio, both with equipment and also to the interior of the studio. The studio has a relaxed feel and Daves passion for music comes across whenever I work with him. On top of this he is a great guy which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. It's one of my favourite studios, and I'll be back soon!

Came to Dave at Raven Studios last November with a mad request to record 10 tracks with a string/flute quartet in one day. Not only did he redo his rock band studio setup to accommodate for us, it was such an efficient session that we got everything done on time AND it sounded great, multitracks, room mics. Its almost magic. Raven Studios really can do anything and everything.

Had a great day recording my bands first single at this studio. Had all the equipment and knowledge we needed and Dave was great at helping us through the process.
