Polite and never had any postal problems. It's great that on certain days the Post Office closes at 7.00 p.m

My special delivery package never made it to it's destination (fault of Royal Mail not Elm Park PO) and I had lost my tracking number. Mohamed went above and beyond in finding my tracking number in his own time and ringing me with it which has allowed me to locate my package and get it to where it needs to be. Excellent customer care, brilliant service.

If you need anything from the post office dont even bother using this branch the man is: rude, arrogant and belligerent beyond belief. Something as simple as an international driving permit was what we required for our winter holiday. Not only were we faced with rude shop clerks but they refused our sale against the criteria stated on the official Post office website. We provided identification for the sale by way of Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate and Passport. The Post Office Website clearly states that only a passport is required for ID purposes only for the issuing of the International Driving Permit. Well, the male clerk was so much of a jobs worth he still refused the sale due to the married name being used on the passport. His reason was If we were to be stopped abroad. A very BIG IF in my opinion. But suffice to say dont even bother with this branch if its anything important. You might as well be speaking to a 3rd World call centre or a Brick wall. One which will cost you in additional petrol and parking for a better service at a better Post Office.
