I want to write to you .Disappointed with your response.You are here to help .We called today regarding the level of noise that actually made our lives impossible. Manor Hotel are having an event.Fine .But the loud bass vibrations are making our house and windows to vibrate very loud!! We live next to it! I have done a 12 hour shift and tonight I am working again.It was impossible for me to rest today!I am front line worker like you. SHAME ON YOU!.You have done nothing!I have headache and palpitations because if all the vibrations!No respect for you .I would've put the video for you to listen the noise from our windows vibrations.
