Milano Pizza Hornchurch

Such an awful service 0/10. Just ordered a Takeway, waited 10 minutes out side and went back in thinking its ready. The pizza was still on the making table. I said I cant wait. The owner wanted to fight me. Wth. He will see in time whats whats. The phone handler, the lady with broken English was absolutely rude when I tried to complain. She was not understanding or helping the situation. She was not appreciating me as a regular customer. I guess this pizza company is just there to make their money however they can. They can easily rip off the customers. And the owner is toooo rude thinking he can fight me. The original owners was the best. They have moved to Dagnam. Much better service definitely will not order from here again. They dont know how to do business in this area. Sell the shop and go before something happens. U lot dont know how to talk to people. Very very bad. Dont order from here. Unless u can wait over a hour. And want cold food. Good luck people. U will need it.

Went into the store and i ordered a L Pepperoni pizza, and staff said they just made a XL Pepperoni by mistake or something and asked if I wanted that instead and charged me for a L. The pizza was still hot and tasted pretty good, to be fair.

I had pizza here for the first time and It was Amazing. The taste is better than any other brand's pizza even I love the preparation and staff is cooperative.
