        In the Q4 2022, I visited the Lewis Morgan Physiotherapy clinic for my shoulder pain-related physiotherapy sessions, as recommended by my health insurance policy (BUPA). Although the physiotherapist was competent, my sessions never lasted longer than 15to 20 minutes, and in one instance, lasted just 15 minutes (My sessions were supposed to last about 30 minutes.). I also had two appointments cancelled because my physiotherapist was down with Covid; I get that this happens frequently in this uncertain era, but what would have helped is a shorter waiting period for a rescheduled appointment; in both cases, I was told to wait for 2-3 weeks despite having reported severe shoulder pain.
