I had a really nice session today I have been coming for 2 years now to see Matthew Irvine for IDD therapy. I have a manual heavy lifting job but throughout the years since doing IDD therapy it has been really effective for my back and has kept my back symptoms at bay. I now only come for maintenance once every few months. Many thanks to Matthew and the spine plus team for helping me with my situation in regards to my lower back!! Highly recommend to try IDD therapy for slipped disc symptoms.
