Been going here for quite a couple of years for my check ups and glasses, opticians is really good, most of the staff are friendly and accommodating esp James. The lady at the reception can come across in a rude manner sometimes and a little grumpy, in which me and my mum often feel quite unwelcomed when coming there. Nevertheless, the opticians and their service is great:)

The customer service is appalling. The female receptionist is very rude. I Went there for a repair and she spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. Shame really because the optician is very good and his assistant James is also very good.

Terrible grumpy and unprofessional optician. I won't be going here again. No introduction to himself, rushed and arrogant.

Excellent service. Polite and professional. Very thorough eye examination. Good selection of glasses. High standard of cleaning and very safe. I would highly recommend. Very efficient, I received my new glasess two days after my eye examination.
