3rd review: Update April 2023: I have not used this delivery point since my previous update but it was the only option offered for a recent purchase. I hoped things might have changed. On arrival the same lady behind the counter did not acknowledge me but on seeing me produce my phone, hollered for her daughter. The daughter takes my phone, finds my parcel then holds it at ransom while she proceeds to give me the 3rd degree about why I left a bad review. I said I could update my review based on this experience which had been efficient in locating and finding my parcel, however my previous review was a fair and accurate account of my experience at that time. She said "You owe my Mum an apology" I asked why and she said I was racist in my review. I said that nothing in my review was racist, if it was Google would have removed it and that the lady had been rude to me, so no, I would not be apologising. Reluctantly she handed my parcel over and called me "stuck up" so it seems the apple does not fall far from the tree. I have adjusted my rating accordingly (minus one star) and no, I still do not recommend this delivery point. Looking at other reviews on Google and Yell it seems rudeness is a common issue with this shop. 2nd review: Updated review after the seller proved the parcel was delivered with a tracking widget, I went back to the shop and the younger lady in there found it straight away, so I have updated my star score. 1st review: I would not recommend this place for click and collect. Third time now the lady has claimed my parcel isn't there. The previous two times one of the kids found them, this time she was on her own. Here's an idea, if you're going to run a business in an overseas country maybe learn the basics of the domestic language. Start with hello, please and thank you and build on that. It is impossible to communicate with this lady and even when I got the supplier on the phone assuring her the parcel was there, she just would not accept it and kept speaking in Gujarati, which unfortunately for her I know a few swear words in, so I know what she said.
