This is the by far the worst clinic. If you doctor refers you here refuse it and ask to be referred somewhere else. They are liars. I called on Monday said they will call me back, never did, called on Tuesday said that I should call back on Friday, now calling on Friday they are saying they will call me on Monday. Useless save your life and please go somewhere else

Dr caelius Is a very unreasonable woman. I was refused to be seen when I was 5 mins late . I traveled an hour wasted petrol to come to appointment to only be refused to be seen. For a 10 min appointment for a skin condition I have been struggling with for months causing me a lot of pain which they are aware of. Even after calling to inform them of my lateness due to circumstances out of my control (train strikes and traffic) I left my home an hour and a half ahead and I still was slightly late And they still refused to see me absolutely ridiculous and they was extremely rude about it and unreasonable from the staff to the nurse that called me up then told me she could see me all very unreasonable resulting in a lot of distress on my side as I have already waited over a month for this appointment. Be kinder to your patients and understanding because this was a horrible experience and will never visit again

Took my partner here today for MRI scan. Everything went smoothly on time. Reception has nice coffee facilities.
