The new nurse Laura is amazing. She is friendly, caring and supportive. The lady on reception was also extremely helpful. Thank you both.

In 2020 I changed my local GP Surgery/Practice as myself and my family were deeply disappointed with our previous Dr. Whilst we were very sceptical in making the change, it's safe to say that we have never looked back since. I feel very lucky and grateful to have Dr Dey as my doctor, who is hugely compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. In particular what sets Dr Dey apart is the time she provides to fully getter a deeper understanding, I never feel rushed as I have done so with previous Dr's. Dr Dey goes out of her way to make sure all questions have been answered thoughtfully, she works with you to address health concerns rather than just telling you what to do. Dr Dey always demonstrates empathy, is always very caring and not to forget has a distinct and memorable communication style. All in all Dr Dey is the most competent Dr I have ever had care from and I'm now 65, I wish there were more professionals who were as sympathetic and caring towards human kind. Keep up the great work Dr Dey, I completely appreciate you and all that you have done for me to date.

Absolutely agree with the previous review. Dr Lata was extremely rude with me too and even told me if I want to change the GP practice just to do it, paying my taxes doesnt mean anything. They dont care about you at all and Im preparing my official complain to the practice manager

This practice has really gone downhill. Dr Lata in particular is extremely rude and unsympathetic. She doesnt look at you when youre speaking to her and makes you feel as though youre wasting her time being there. She is not helpful at all and should not be practicing. Looking at the other reviews, its clear Im not the only patient who has noticed this.
