        Picked up forms for me and my family to join was miss informed about the id to bring then the receptionist tried telling my I was wrong . Very rude in this gp me and my whole family have now gone somewhere else dont waste your time I work on nhs panels and dont tolerate the attitude. When I explained some of the people joining are elderly and dont own a drivers license or passport they didt want to know and was not helpful and told me I cant use a bank statement bare in mind some of us dont have a utility bill just a big joke !

        Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Ive moved and refused to change my doctors. My Nan has been here for years as well he is brilliant and cares a lot

        Does not take seriously patients concerns when they are in need of immediate treatment.

        This is my experience, because off rediculous nhs rule prescription can only go in three days before pills are needed I forgot mine, had no thyroid pill to take that day, nurse in surgery BRILLIANT said no worries, she set everything in motion and I collected my pills from chemist by 1.30 WELL DONE HORNCHURCH SURGERY
