As a 29year old mum of 3(aged 3 and under) and long time sufferer of Anxiety and Depression, I can not thank Dr Olivia enough for giving me my life back and my children a happier mum and better life going forward. I was recommended acupuncture by my sister in law after she had sessions previously for similar reasons. After a long search I came across Hongwei Medicine Clinic, although it's an hour drive from me, the reviews and qualifications she has made the drive worth it. Just 3 weeks after starting acupuncture I was able to take my 3 children out alone to a public cafe and enjoy lunch together and not worry about what other people were thinking, we have also enjoyed days at play groups and parks. My children are also much happier and are also benefiting from having a happier mum. I wish I knew about acupuncture before I got so bad, my family is much happier. I am also in talks with my gp about stopping my antidepressants as I am in the best place I have been! Thank you Dr Olivia, I will always recommend your services.

I went to see Olivia several times: First time I had long Covid symptoms and I was feeling very tired that I couldnt get out of bed and after few acupuncture sessions I felt amazing. Second time I had shoulder in pain and damaged by sport exercises that I had for few years and after just one acupuncture session my chronic pain was significantly reduced, and I felt a renewed sense of energy and vitality. I highly recommend this acupuncturist to anyone seeking a natural and effective way to manage pain and improve their overall well-being.

5 stars is definitely not enough, Dr Olivia deserves much more then this! She is a true professional that helped me gain confidence when comes to needles . I made the appointment 2 times and also canceled but she reassured me that it will not hurt and is nothing to be afraid, and was true ! I nearly feel them, of course because she is careful and she knows what she is doing. Dont settle for less when comes to this, go to a accredited acupuncturist that is a true professional. I start acupuncture because i was on a dead end and nothing seems to work with my patience and energy. My every day tasks where difficult to fulfill, low mood, brain fog, getting angry over small things with my little girl and partner , was negative and didnt enjoy life like I wanted to. But my desire to change that and all the search i did on google helped me understand that acupuncture can help with all that. And it Did! Now I am a complete different person and exactly the opposite of what i was a month ago. Patient, energetic, loving life, I concentrate easy on tasks, want to do more things that before seemed like a burden, i am happy and grateful. Dont let the fear of needles stop you from trying it, is nothing to be afraid. The benefits are amazing and I could not recommend Doctor Olivia more!

I thought Id write my experiences with Dr Olivia in treating my condition as it helped me so much, in case anyone else is going through the same. I slept on my arm and I woke up to not being able to feel my thumb and index finger, my wrist were also drooping. It all felt numb. I knew that I compressed my nerve (later found out I compressed the median and flexor nerve). After the first treatment, the numbness of my index finger was significantly relieved, enough so I could work. After the second treatment, the numbness of my thumb was it felt even more relieved, and I could actually bend my fingers. After the third treatment, the numbness of the index finger and thumb were so much better, and the wrist could be turned and rotated. After five treatments, I have basically returned to normal. All the treatment also adjusted my shoulder and neck stiffness, and I can do work with my right hand. I know in the future I need to increase my arm strength. I am very grateful to Dr Olivia for giving me timely treatment. She helped right away with no waiting and Dr Olivia is very experienced, gentle and very friendly. I am incredibly lucky to meet her as she made my hands recover quickly. I strongly recommend Dr Olivia if anyone has similar problems to me.
