        My order was completed and delivered within days. Unfortunately the device was faulty. This was returned to Skin Lab Medical, who replaced it immediately. Their customer service is excellent and I highly recommend.

        Absolutely useless service! No one order been sent out complete. Last order took 30 sent out for 21 only without explanation. Nobody asked I accept incomplete order or not. Its OK out of stock but I'm not happy to pay double postage (its not few pounds at skin lab medical) Not happy at all!!!
