Don't ever order unless you like black burnt everything. Spoke to Justin acting manager condersending put me down . Didn't want one star but that all you can do. Want my refund asap. Will take further. Specifically the attitude of acting manager.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience today with a very rude waitress. I have to say I havent been spoken to so rudely by waiting staff like this before, so I was taken aback and surprised with how easily she spoke so out of turn to a customer for no good reason. I asked a polite question about when our food would be ready as we had an appointment to get to. When I provided feedback to who I believe was a manager, she said she would speak to the waitress. That is all. No apology and nothing more said about it. The food was ok, not great and it took an unreasonably long time to arrive. But that is not the reason for the one star review as I can normally get over that. We wont be returning due to the terrible service and rude staff.

Good lunch as expected. Had the salad cart (with some new spring/summer options which were nice such as pesto pasta and five bean salad) dirty bird burger which is great but needs to come in a single option rather than just doubles and triples, and a rocky horror sundae to share. Staff were lovely and only negative was the restaurant was a bit cooler than usual but easily solved with a jumper.
