        I was told in order to open a business current account in my situation I need to visit a HSBC branch in person. Went in today and I have been told from a very rude staff that they do not deal with accounts in person. This is obviously a lie as it seemed like the lady was lazy to deal with customers. Zero help, zero customer service.
