        Whatever you do, do not buy a home on the Larks Rise development. We moved in a month ago and the house is a complete let down. Guttering missing, shower doors on the wrong way around, taps leaking, over 150 decorating defects. Front door bowed, damaged internal door - one of which has been replaced with a water damaged door to name a few. Absolute joke, save yourself alot of hassle and buy from another developer.
