        Every single time I've ordered they've got the order wrong. Every time. I even said to cancel the order 'NOT SUBSTITUTE' if they couldn't provide. Still charged me and sent the wrong item. Last time I order.

        Don't every order through deliveroo at this store as two times they have said the delivery driver has delivered our shopping and never turned up either the driver is robbing our food or the store are not sending it and when you ring back to ask why we have no shopping no one answers the phone very poor staff from Sainsbury's and deliveroo.
