Ive been fortunate enough to attend a number of personal development workshops during my career and found Dee Claytons take on personality types just brilliant!! The workshop enabled me to develop a much greater self awareness as well as a detailed understanding of why others I interact with behave as they do. This has far reaching implications and benefits both professionally and personally. WOW I took a day course in communication and personality types yesterday. Dee Delaney was the trainer and just properly nailed it! She was funny, engaging and is clearly at the top of her game.
