I would not recommend this tailor to anyone. They completely ruined a dress that I had brought to them for a simple alteration. Despite the clear instructions on the dress label stating "do not iron," the tailor chose to ignore this and iron the dress, damaging both the color and the material. The end result was a dress that was completely unwearable. The lack of care and attention to detail shown by this tailor is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this tailor under any circumstances. They completely destroyed a dress by steaming the bottom half, resulting in irreparable damage to the material. It's one thing to make a mistake, what's worse is that they refused to offer any compensation for something that was their fault. This tailor is completely irresponsible and unprofessional, and it is clear that they have no regard for the satisfaction of their customers.
