We came from a school where there was 1 instructor per 10 kids! At Sea lions there are literally nearly just as many instructors as pupils, meaning each lesson is pretty much 1 to 1 teaching.
My son has improved so much just in 2 lessons at sea lions! And he enjoys attending.
The staff are very friendly, inviting and professional. The staff here really do care about the children's improvements and make it fun aswell.
The facilities are good with showers, hairdryers and changing rooms.
For the price, you will not find a better swim school.

Overall this school is clearly over subscribed. This means that there is not enough space to provide the service Sea Lion Swim School have offered.
Teaching Quality
The pool is segregated so much to accommodate multiple lessons.This means that there is hardly any room the kids attending the classes to swim at all.
We have come from Nuffield Health Club where the Improver 1 class is taught to swim at least 10 metres in every lesson (front crawl). My daughter has just completed her ASA 20 metre front crawl. In the Sea Lion class my daughter attended they were being taught very basic swimming techniques.
Facilities
On leaving the pool we could not find a changing room or dry my daughter's hair, it was clearly and ridiculously over crowded with staff turning a blind eye to what was going on.
Fee
Having benchmarked various other courses in St Albans, we have noted that Sea Lion Swim School is the most expensive.
