Left a comment about Colin and his practice a few years ago. But went to see him again today. This man is a magician. I have been struggling for the last six weeks to walk. I was in a with him for half an hour and I am almost ready to stop using the crutches. Cant recommend this man highly enough! He needs to be given a knighthood for his services to mankind!

Colin is so knowledgeable, he has an art (and the science!) for identifying the real issue with any sports injury, and to rectify it. Before I discovered his practice, I used other physiotherapists in St Albans and invariably they were formulaic about treating my injuries, with ongoing fortnightly costly visits that never fixed the issue. Colin instead takes the time to understand how the injury came about and thinking about the root of it, thinking laterally (the issue isn't always where the pain is). He does the right manipulation to put things back in place and gives you a list of rehabilitation exercises to do yourself at home, never trying to book a next appointment until it's needed. He has a lovely manner too, dealing with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, and you can tell he genuinely cares, which is always nice.

As a massage therapist myself, I have been to Colin many times to be put back together. He listens to what you need and uses his knowledge to treat. Working in lines across the body, this may mean working elsewhere to where you expect it to be. His technique always works to release the issue.
