Had a Duvet dry cleaned today by the lovely Anne who was very helpful lovely to speak to and best of all got my duvet cleaned and ready to pick up all in the space of a few hours it was a pleasure to be served by this lady keep up the good work.

Rubbish. I deliberately went into store a week prior to my visit today to establish what the price would be for 3 jackets and a dress. Was given what I thought was reasonable prices and returned today to take advantage of them. Took the pieces out of my bag, the patronising woman behind the counter removed the fake fur collar from one of the jackets giving it back to me, telling me that it couldn't be cleaned as it would be returned matted. Forget the fact that Morrisons, when it had it's excellent dry cleaning service inhouse had successfully cleaned the jacket before with no problems. In addition another one of the jackets would be 25 because it was a puffer jacket. All in all the whole lot would be almost twice as much as I was quoted last week. I gathered my items and took them to Prestige Dry Cleaners across the road, where I received courteous service, at a fraction of the overall cost the Timpson bandits were trying to charge. I did find it odd that there was not a price list in sight, these people make it up as they go along.

Best speedy kindest service ever!! Car key didnt work, battery replaced but I wasnt charged until Steve went with me to the parking to check and make sure the prob is solved and key actually works.
