For the last 3 weeks the alarm in your St Albans building has been going off every night despite talking with the staff there its still not fixed. Get it sorted!

Went to get a watch battery changed and was told it was going to be 25 because the watch was a Hugo boss watch.. the make of the watch should be irrelevant when changing the battery as its probably the same battery that fits in several different watches Id imagine I wont use them again for anything

I took a key to Timpsons to be cut which cost 8. When I got home the key wouldn't turn in the lock. I went back to Timpson they amended the same key. This was repeated THREE TIMES with no apology. I was told that they had not been able to cut the key correctly because I did not have the original key and that I would have to have my locks changed which of course would incur a large cost. I was so fed up that my husband took the same key that I had taken to Timpsons to Andy Shoesmith in the Maltings. Andy Shoesmith cut two keys for only 10 and the keys worked immediately.

First place to go for ALL heels and show repairs. Pet tags and engraving Friendly, polite, and try their hardest to make sure they sort you. That they are a store built on principles just makes it even better! Working with released offenders ....go support!
