For the past 2 weeks no coffee machine,waiting for part or wrong part came seems like they don't want it fixed which is a shame cos its the best hot chocolate around. Must be losing hundreds of s as I now switched back to greggs not as nice but at least you can get a hot drink such a shame the management don't seem to care

Cupcake I brought tasted really stale and like it had been left out for a while. Very disappointing. One of my least favourite wenzel purchases.
