        I first went to see Anna back in November. I had a few niggles and things that were bothering me and my anxiety had got really bad. Anna was great at making me feel comfortable and relaxed and I am now hooked on reflexology! It's the best 'me time' I know of, and my visits to Anna have really helped to relax me and I now feel less stressed and a lot less anxious - my other niggles seem to have improved too! I would recommend this treatment to everyone.

        I am new to reflexology so I did not know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. Anna was both calming and professional. She was able through reflexology to identify areas of chronic pain in my back and neck that I have been suffering with. I had 6 sessions with her and I can honestly say that the pain has nearly gone. She was also able to pick up on other issues that I have had. I am planning to go back now once a month for a "top up". It is also a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend her.
