Jessica Lily Reflexology

I have never tried reflexology before and it was really good! Jess was very professional, but also friendly. I had the 70 minute foot and facial reflexology session. At the start, we had a chat about what reflexology was and how it may benefit me. Jess set my expectations for the session, and discussed my goals before we started. Our session finished and we spoke about how the experience was for me. I was provided with a drink of water and informed about some aftercare/how I may feel in the next few days. I was SO relaxed by the end and felt wonderful. For me, the effects lasted that evening and the next day. It was a new experience for me and I need to explore it a bit more, but I reckon the effects will last even longer with another session. The room itself was small and welcoming. The music was very relaxing, and really helped set the atmosphere. Availability wise, it was very easy to book in and there were time slots that worked for me. I will be recommending Jess to my friends, and will certainly be back!

Just had a facial with Jessica and it was truly sensational. I felt so relaxed and enjoyed every second of it. Lovely setting with nice soft background music. This is my second visit and I plan to return again soon! Thanks Jess!

Highly recommend Jess! She was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. It was my first time having reflexology so didn't know what to expect, but it was a very relaxing experience and it definitely made me feel more rejuvenated afterwards. I felt more positive and had an extra spring in my step.
