David helped me secure my first programming role out of university. He is extremely professional and very helpful - sending detailed emails at every stage so you know what to expect. He's also willing to go to bat for you in a way other recruiters aren't, and you can really feel that he actually cares about people as humans instead of just as roles and solutions.

DB Charles recruitment are a great agency to work with, I had a really amazing experience with David there, he gave a lot of support and help finding a job and from the start to the end of the process he was in constant communication with me which I really appreciated.
