Camp is an absolute gem of a school! It's one form entry and, because of that, it has a really intimate and nurturing feel - a real community spirit amongst staff, children and parents. The staff are incredibly caring about the children. Any time I've had to contact the head or the staff about my children, I have been responded to quickly, professionally and collaboratively.

Camp school has always been such a friendly and community based school. Its warm welcoming atmosphere really nurtures the children and the top class teaching staff go above and beyond. The teachers are always cheerful and parents are so happy . Theres always a great PA helping to raise funds and bring in the fun too. My children and I have made life long friends there! Along with great leadership the school is definitely one to consider.

I would give 1 star out of 5 because the school has gone from being a nice little school 5 years ago under different head to a bitter place, where they clearly favours some families over others. The head teacher is unprofessional to deal with. They do not follow the national standard in special need education. The teachers are inexperienced and some are part-times who do not really have the skills or patient to deal with children accordingly. TAs are very unhappy and miserable and always take it on children. There is no data protection policy in that school. The governors know everything about you and your history and discus it openly with other parents like a little village school, where everyone gossips about you. When you raise your concerns they give your child a hard time and try to give you hard time too.

Fantastic school, it has been perfect for my children. The friendliest place, for both teachers and the other parents, I have made many friends here. At some schools the parents are made to feel like an inconvenience and that is the opposite at Camp - it really is like a big family. The office staff couldn't be more helpful, with even the smallest of requests. Lovely nurturing environment, great teachers and brilliant special needs care. It's a shame my children have to leave after year 6. Highly recommended.
