        This review is about the Royal Mail post pillar box in the St Stephens area of St Albans on Abbey Avenue outside Westfields News newsagents and Post Office. I see the Post Office itself is getting some very poor reviews. Well, nothing wrong with this post box and it looks very smart in its new coat of red paint. This one has been designated as an NHS Priority Postbox during the COVID-19 virus pandemic. Please LIKE with a if you have found this review helpful thank you

        Absolutely terrible customer service. The female shop owner is very rude and hostile. Clearly no longer wants to run a local post office and should move on. Shops like these should serve the local community and welcome customers but instead they are making people feel unwelcome. I will personally never shop there again.
