        Usually I wouldn't make a complaint, but Bobby needs to be re-trained. His customers service skills are appalling. Its a real shame the other gentlemen has excellent service both running post office and tills. I really do urge Royal Mail to re-train Bobby. To Bobby, If you don't want to be there Bobby, then QUIT.

        Says it closes at 6pm, got there at 5:20pm and he wouldn't take my parcels because the Royal Mail van leaves at 5:25pm. Entirely unhelpful, rude and wouldn't tell me where my next closest OPEN post office is.
