Extremely annoyed that I couldn't speak to anyone at this post office. None of the recorded options allowed me to talk with a real person about my particular enquiry. Now I have to drive for over two hours to St Albans post office in the hope that my document is there. Totally useless system. I can't post this review without awarding a star so reluctantly have to award just one....
