Its the only post office in the village, so has a monopoly. The staff really need some training and guidance on customer service. Everything seems a chore for them and barely a good word from them. They are very quick to jump down your throat when someone is not quite right. There always seems a queue yet one member of staff serves while the other sits doing other things and totally ignores the customers. It needs a Post Office senior manager to do a mystery shop to see what an embarrassment this office is. As I started they know that they are the only office and if it closed the local village would need to travel miles to other offices and knowing that they really dont care.

Never a friendly smile, rarely polite to anyone. I always say please and thank you to them but they don't bother to reply. Mistakes often made too. Chatting amongst themselves and ignoring the next customer is usual. Numerous complaints from LC residents about their attitude go unheard. Terrible place, go elsewhere!

Always well stocked, and being stocked up even whilst customers shopping, staff always happy to help and assist, smile and helpful staff, also a plus is that they have a post office inside this Co-Op store, saves having to go into town as they can provide same services as main town post office and you can do yours hooping ideal if your busy

The ladies behind the post office counter have the worst attitude. I can't believe they still have a job. Very unprofessional and ill-mannered. I try to avoid visiting this branch, it has an unpleasant atmosphere. These woman need training on basic customer service skills.

Been using this post office for four years, everytime I go I have the same experience as other reviews, considering how not strenuous the job is, it's surprising how unhelpful they can be and often seem sick of it. There's a real lack of customer service care which is shocking, there's no going above and beyond for a customer, barely even the bare minimum really
