Ryan was a lovely person to have around; he was always punctual, very communicative, very considerate and friendly. He was very accommodating and fitted in around the needs of an elderly person in good spirits. Likewise, he also did a lot of extra work required without it seemingly being a problem, particularly when we had an issue with drains that was nothing to do with him and his work. Ryan was very reliable , hard working and very obliging. Nothing was too much trouble and his work was of a high standard. We had our en suite totally refurbished including shower, toilet, sink and unit, radiator and our lighting changed . Floor and wall tiles were fitted by a colleague, again excellent. Ryan carried out an extensive bathroom refit for us, taking out all of the old fixtures, and installing a new configuration. He was fast, diligent, totally reliable and conscientious. After an initial consultation he created accurate computer drawings which made the design and ordering process very easy. He then carried out the work really quickly, always on time and providing helpful troubleshooting suggestions along the way. A big bonus was Ryan's existing relationships with other tradesman meaning that managing the process was also the easiest I have ever experienced as he did much of this himself. Couldn't recommend Ryan highly enough for a transformative bathroom job like ours. Ryan did a full bathroom refit - electric shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, towel rail, plus lighting, painting and flooring, and colleague Glynn plastering / tiling. All finished to a high standard, very professional, it's completely transformed the space. He kept things tidy, communicated clearly when he would be in and what he would be doing.
