Disgusting customer service! I've ordered via the website, money taken from my account but order not received. I called the branch to further enquire only to be met with a RUDE and ABRUPT male member of staff who didn't listen to my reason for calling and put the phone down on me. Do not waste your hard earned money and steer clear!

The pizzas are better than average, deep pan is lovely light bread base, very deep whilst still warm but with a very oily base. I love the tomato base on Hawaiian, super delicious These days I only get pizza from here as I drive past now because the delivery is so unreliable. Sometimes it is great but I have had delivery from here on a Friday, even having made the order online the night before, and still it's been over an hour and half. Great deals though, there's always a pizza for a tenner or less... Not sure what sort of atmosphere you would expect in a pizza take out waiting area. Everytime I have been there has been a a few non uniformed guys (sometimes even in flip flops!) just wandering into the kitchen area from outside chatting with the guys and then wandering out...What's that about?
