Sasha has such great knowledge and a very personable manner when teaching her Pilates classes. Having different options of levels/choices made me feel very safe in my recovery. Id definitely recommend her classes for any new mothers.

Sasha is such a wonderful teacher, so knowledgeable and talented. When she taught me A level dance she was always so supportive and knew a great deal about technique and performance skills. Overall, she's fabulous.

Sasha taught me for a couple of years preparing me for full time dance school after college and I can't thank her enough for all her wisdom! She taught me so much around technique and theory and perhaps most importantly gave me the confidence in myself to pursue what I really love doing!
