I came to Centred Mums 12 weeks pregnant with my second child having been suffering with a prolapse since the birth of my first child. Grace and I worked together 1-to-1 over a few months and the results were better than I could have ever hoped for; the prolapse symptoms went and stayed away throughout pregnancy and my core connectivity was better at 32 weeks pregnant than it had been a year before. I think Graces understanding of your needs physically and emotionally, coupled with her exceptional attention to detail (even via Zoom), are the reasons shes so good at what she does.

They know everything about women's pelvic floor health and are passionate about sharing their knowledge. As an added bonus they are lovely people, too. Even if you don't have any pelvic floor "issues" - and especially if you do - sign up for a class now. I am so grateful that I did. Thank you, Centred Mums!!!

I can't recommend Grace's Pilates class highly enough. She is an amazing teacher, so knowledgeable and skilled, yet also so kind and thoughtful. She really takes the time to get to know each of her students and cares for their overall wellbeing.

Grace has an exceptional ability to understand exactly where you need support and strength when you feel at your most vulnerable during pregnancy and in those early months of the 4th trimester. Centred Mums has been carefully put together to provide just what you need pre and post natal. I have been seeing Grace for 2 years now and she has transformed my physical health as well as teaching me a lot about taking care of myself holistically. I had various physical pain from carrying and delivering 3 pregnancies and Grace has had the knowledge and intuition to heal my body when I really didnt think it was possible. Thank you Grace and Centred Mums for providing an much needed - Id say essential - service to mums at whatever stage they at on the motherhood journey.
