I've really enjoyed the 1st 6 weeks of Pilates with Jo - she's patient and encouraging and takes time to explain why we're doing various moves. Would highly recommend!

I was recommended to join one of Joanna's classes by a friend as I was complaining about stiffness and general aches as I am perimenopausal. I joined the Wednesday beginners' class and became hooked immediately. I also started to feel the benefits very quickly too. Joanna makes the class so much fun that half the aches at the end of the night are from belly-laughing! I'd love to share more about the conversations, but you'll have to come along and join in to find out; I couldn't possibly post them here! We go at our own pace and listen to our own bodies. I have now joined a second of Joanna's classes as I feel the benefit so much. I have a feeling that Pilates is going to become more than just a class and more of a way of life. I find myself already doing strange things in the kitchen when I'm waiting for the kettle to boil.... Thank you Joanna, for your patience with me, your easy to follow guidance and most of all your sense of humour!

Joanna is a brilliant Pilates instructor. I have joined her online classes on Zoom where she runs small groups and even though it is all done online, she keeps us motivated and engaged by explaining the exercises and the benefits of doing them. No class is ever the same. Joanna is attentive to individual needs, has a friendly approach and has a huge amount of knowledge. I definitely recommend her classes to anyone.

Would really recommend this Pilates instructor to anyone. Shes very dedicated and makes the class really enjoyable. She is also able to cater for lots of different needs.

Having a curved spine with fused vertebrae causes me a lot of trouble. I see Joanna once a week to help stretch out any trapped nerves and tight muscles, I always leave feeling amazing and mobile! I was a Pilates novice and Joanna took her time to get to know all of my ailments in order to structure a session around me and what I am capable of doing. Highly recommend.
