        My Pilates class with Paula is the highlight of my week right now, we are carrying on with a zoom class each week and I cannot wait until we are given the all clear to get back to the studio. It is a great class in really calming surroundings.

        I have been doing classes at The Pilates Workshop since it opened and for several years with Paula before that. The studio is beautiful - spacious and calm- and they have done a fantastic job of making it COVID-safe. Im now on my third regular teacher at the studio and all classes have been high-quality, highly varied, adapted to individual needs and v enjoyable. Wish I had time to do more!

        Lovely, spacious studios with full mirrors and lots of light - a match for fantastic ballet classes from Sarah at Ballet Revival. As enjoyable as they are exacting. I'd go a long way for this class.
