Annabel is a great trainer. She pays close attention in classes even when they are full and gives specific modifications to everyone to improve technique and posture. In one to ones she listens and watches carefully and always knows the underlying reason for a particular complaint. This means she can provide advice on the correct exercises to target the issue and how to perform them properly.

I have been attending Chilli Pilates in St Albans since last November, doing 1:1 sessions with Annabel Jeffcoate and also Reformer group classes. Annabel is an excellent trainer, she has encouraged me and explained exactly how to do the exercises, and where I should feel the muscles working. Not having done any formal exercise for several years, and at 69 years of age, Annabel and Chilli Pilates have got me moving again, and I look forward to the sessions. I have even managed to do a shoulder stand, which was one of my goals. The studio is bright, clean and warm and if you are wondering about giving Pilates a try, then just go for it! I would highly recommend this studio and Annabel's expertise.

Ive been having 1-1 classes with Annabel for 3months now. She is a brilliant instructor, really friendly & very knowledgeable. I always look forward to my Wednesday morning classes. I know I will be leaving feeling like a new women!

Annabel is an amazing instructor. She really takes the time to understand your movement issues, and work at your pave and capability to make improvements. She is a deep thinker about what is going on internally and not afraid to try a few things to ensure she is correct... She never presumes but tests and looms for feedback.
