        A couple of weeks ago I went in to buy an item that only this pharmacy stock. They have transferred over to an independent pharmacy so are dropping the Avicenna chain name. Waited to pay and then was told that I could only pay cash, which I didn't have. They suggested I could go to the cash point to get cash out but I was on the school run so in a hurry. I suggested they put up a sign advising customers that payments could only be made in cash. I left without the item I wanted. Today I went again to buy the same item, assuming the card machine would be mended. Waited around ten minutes to pay while two people with prescriptions were served. No apology for the wait when it was my turn. Again, "Have you got cash? "- no sign up to warn customers and again it was suggested that I went to the cash point. This time I had my disabled son in the car so couldn't leave him to get to the cash point. A complete waste of ten minutes and again left empty handed. Won't bother going back, will be ordering online in future.
