Well London Colney - High Street

The short English lady at this pharmacy is constantly rude been going here for the last 5 years and Im always nothing but polite! Today was the last straw - being told my medication no longer exists and go back to the GP to get it sorted rather than explaining nicely she was extremely rude and unhelpful towards the matter! GP surgery have had nothing but complaints about them too!! Time to find a decent chemist who are respectful

So helpful when trying to source a prescription that 13 other pharmacies could not help with. Polite and extremely helpful.

For the last 4 years Im getting warfarin from this pharmacy. I take 3mg and this time the prescription was 1mg. The young lady pharmacist first said there was no medication and then gave me 1mg and basically said I either take the 1mg or nothing. Said that according to there system was the first time I was getting the medication from the pharmacy. She clearly does not have the required experience to be dealing with with medical patients.

Always a nightmare to get my repeat prescription as I started to be served by an extremely rude lady behind the counter, always talking down to me, treating me like I've done something terrible to her and all I said was 'hello, how are you?'. And wow, the dirty looks she gives people.... so full of hate towards everyone. Everytime I have to pick up my prescription I suddenly feel my asthma improving, that's how much I hate being in there! I've had enough though, will never use this pharmacy again.

After 13 years of fighting for my severely disabled daughter there isn't a lot that can shock and phase me.... But the male pharmacist and an extremely rude woman who calls herself the "middle man" have left me flabbergasted. I don't understand who employed either of them. They are the most incompetent and unprofessional people I have come across in a long time. It's very interesting that they have posters everywhere asking us "to please respect them" when they most definitely don't give you the same back. I can get over being treated in an appalling way (whilst being pregnant!!!) but I can't get over how they are playing games with a severely disabled child.... Quite frankly I think the 2 people I have already mentioned are a danger and I know I'm not the only one to say this. Disgusting behaviour. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night. Definitely not even worth the 1 star. I will be transferring to a different pharmacy for my daughter's safety.
