Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel St Albans, Hertfordshire

We were really apprehensive about using any cattery. Our cats had never been away from home and we were going on holiday for 3 weeks. We needn't have worried. Lucy was a fantastic host - she kept us informed via email with updates and pics. The cats were clearly well looked after and had enjoyed their holiday just as much as we had.

From the minute we dropped Cleo off to this exceptionally clean and welcoming cattery we felt that she was going to have an enjoyable stay. She came back to us well roomed well fed and happy. Highly recommend this place

My partner and I were very anxious to ensure our beloved cat was cared for whilst we were away - we love our cat dearly and wanted the piece of mind that she would be well looked after. We found Longcroft St Albans and we cannot recommend Lucy more strongly - we got daily updates with pictures which was incredibly reassuring. Our cat was returned well pampered and cared for - Lucy really does provide a home from home and we will certainly be leaving our cat in her care when we are away in the future.

first ever experience at a cattery, my kitten Silver had the best stay here with Lucy last December, we had regular updates whilst on holiday with pictures, so we felt at ease and Silver was taken care of really well, will always book with longcroft hotels whenever i travel!!
