        When I called to schedule an appointment, the man asked me to send a text to the same number, which I did. He did not reply. I sent another text the following day. He still did not reply. He never replied even after 4 or 5 days. I finally gave up and went with another company.

        I found the service excellent. Very prompt and professional. Jon even came back a week later to check all was ok. I recommend this service with no reservation. We will certainly use them again if we are in the unfortunate position to have to!
