Having never trained (or really regularly attended a gym) before I was nervous about signing up with a personal trainer.... it was the BEST decision to train with JW Elite that I have EVER made! I wish Id met him sooner! James is professional and so knowledgeable but also approachable and takes time to understand your goals. He works out a clear plan to ensure you achieve your goals and supports you the whole way. I would never have thought that creating a healthy lifestyle could be so enjoyable .... and even fun! I wholeheartedly recommend James if you want to lose weight, gain muscle and just get healthy!

Having never worked with a personal trainer before I didn't really know what to expect. I'm so glad I signed up with James as he listened to my goals and put together a great exercise and nutrition plan which helped me to achieve my weight loss goal of 20lbs! James was able to provide a great home workout programme (during lockdown) as well as a plan for the gym too. Both of which I really enjoy and has helped me to make healthier lifestyle choices overall. He's very supportive and professional and I recommend James to anyone who is thinking of getting a PT and who just wants to improve their health and fitness overall.

James is very inventive, using portable equipment together with nature and other props like a jungle gym in the park, to provide variations to exercises in order to challenge me. This flexibility of routine means that I am never bored doing the usual mundane or routine reps that one associates with training and dare I say, its actually fun (well sort of)! He knows anatomy and the workings of the human body, which ensures that I exercise safely and correctly whilst maximising results. He tailors every session according to my needs: depending on my progress and any medical conditions or injuries. He also devises programs for me to meet certain goals (eg: running a marathon), covering my diet as well as fitness. I have trained with James for over a year and have found him very personable and easy to get on with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness (and indeed have done so). Keep up James.
