    Danni is a wonderful teacher. She has a great knack of being able explain in detail each different exercise. Every lesson is completely different and the hour whizzes by, its never boring. Shes kept me supple, fit and my back is really strong. Thank goodness for Danni.

    I found myself in a difficult place, had gained so much weight and due to an injury I was told I could no longer run I did not enjoy training in a gym and preferred the elements. I found Danny and signed up with her through lockdown. She was just the gift that kept giving. Danni got my body and mind through some of my most difficult times, I began to see some change after only a few weeks. I highly recommend her as she is very knowledgable, professional and very adaptable when it came to listening and understanding what was needed to reach a part of me I almost lost Danni found my lost enthusiasm and gave me hope and strength.

    Thoroughly enjoyable Pilates classes. The perfect balance of form and function. Danni is a really great instructor, so caring, definitely got the best out of me. An hours class made me feel great for the next few days, mind body & soul. Highly recommended to improve fitness and well being. With my triathlon training Pilates is a great balance for strength and conditioning.
