I have been training with Rich for about 4 months now. My starting point was an inability to squat or deadlift due to some chronic pain, and not performing any bench press or other push work in a few months. I am now squatting and deadlifting without pain, and lifting more weight than when I was 10kg heavier 1.5 years ago. I attribute this to Rich's huge knowledge of exercise and sports science, as well as his collaborative approach to programming that is tailored for individual trainees. I have used Rich's service to build strength in order to help me with other sporting endeavours, but I'd easily recommend him to anyone including those looking to improve their general health and fitness. Rich's passion for helping people is hard to put across in words - but my attempt to sum it up would be this: Training with Rich in person is like getting a contact high from a cup of coffee. His enthusiasm for training and helping people to improve themselves is electric and infectious. I look forward to the rest of our time training together!

Rich starts by understanding what you are looking to achieve and tailors everything accordingly. Everything is explained in laymans terms so you know what you are doing and how it will help. He makes each session hard but fun, with your progress highlighted so you feel you are winning each time! Definitely recommend.

Rich is an excellent personal trainer. He listened to my goals and tailored an excellent program which pushes me but is varied and fun to do. Rich's passion for fitness is contagious and I look forward to each week's session as well It has been +2 years that I have been training with Richard. He has been an absolute inspiration in helping me stay-fit, attain my weight loss. I loss one stone for my Daughters wedding and I can honestly say I felt amazing. So many people commented on how good I looked. Also at work my colleagues would stop and say you have lost so much weight and you are looking so good and so Well. Before i started training with Richard my knee where so painful going up and downstairs. I had to hold on to go up and downstairs Now I can run up and downstairs with no pain. Also I feel so well no ache and pains. I felt so old but now I feel like I've got a spring back in my steps.

I am lucky enough to train with Richard every week at his Saturday Bootcamp, where we are certainly put through our paces with rigorous, full body exercises- if you're looking for a fun but safe environment, with a true professional, full of knowledge on how to achieve your health goals and always supportive, no matter what your fitness level, I highly recommend coming along! It's also a great way to kick-start your weekend!
