I had such a lovely time today shopping at the Jo Malone store in St Albans. Ayshen was so lovely, attentive and knowledgeable about the different fragrances. She helped me try out several different scents until we found the right one for me and made the whole experience very personal. I will certainly be returning again.

I went in to grab a gift for my mum for Mothers Day and I was served by Leah and George who were absolutely great! They were attentive and brilliant at providing recommendations as I wasnt too sure what scent to select. I will definitely be returning when I need a gift or even treat for myself. Thank you guys!

Myself and my daughter visited the store today not really having a clue what we wanted, we were served by Aisha who was very knowledgeable and absolutely nailed my chosen aroma notes with the right scent, a very chilled and pleasant shopping experience. Thank you!

Popped in on a Sunday with my partner to get a Xmas present for her. George was awesome! He was full of knowledge, chatty and really helpful with Jennys purchase! Highly recommend this shop and try to get in when George is there as he will make your visit memorable!
