        Incredibly helpful staff, with so much knowledge about their products. Was helped by Mircea and Griff, they gave me so many helpful advices about my ski trip, and they made me and my whole family feel amazing, while they were also serving so many other customers, no wonder everyone was rushing to their store. Absolutely brilliant, we will definitely come back ! I would love to hear that they get the praise they deserve!

        Got to say, the chaps in this store are brilliant. Couldn't do enough for us when buying ski gear. Incredibly helpful and knowledge. Endless patience too.

        This review is to compliment the 2 members of staff at the St Albans store. The reason Trespass is my favourite store is thanks to MIRCEA and GRIFF. They both make Trespass' customers extremely welcome, they know how to approach us diligently, they are full of information about any items in the store. Also, they care, they are very smiley, they enjoy their work and work responsibly as a strong team. Mircea and Griff are very hard-working and are such assets to this amazing company.         Brilliant friendly staff , visited today and made purchases based on quality of goods and fair price, bought the Mrs a super water proof jacket that repels up to 10 litres a minute for a fraction of the price that the competition round the corner previously reviewed .
