        I can't recommend Jo enough! I've been seeing her routinely now since suffering from neck and posture issues relating to sitting down for long periods whilst working. Jo is trained across so many different practices so has an ability to treat an issue holistically in the best possible way. She's now my go to person when my body fails me!

        Jo is great! I've been getting my back aligned with her for a few months now and every time I feel better than when I went in. She's very professional and nice which puts you at ease. She also makes sure to give exercises that help you fix whatever is wrong which is extremely valuable. Would recommend getting an appointment to anyone who has consistent body pain and wants to get back to feeling good.
